A Message from Our Chair

Mothers, wives, sisters and daughters everywhere need to take more time for themselves so they can share more time with those they love the most.

Women’s heart health is a serious and growing concern everywhere. As the primary caretakers of society, women often table their own physical wellbeing as they continuously give of themselves to those they love. Now is the time for women to be proactive and take control of your own health and avoid a serious health risk. It isn’t hard. Know your numbers – blood pressure, cholesterol, Body Mass Index (BMI). Learn ways of maintaining a healthy diet. Understand the importance and ease of regular exercise and relaxation and practice them with the whole family. By making these changes you may reduce your risk of a cardiac event and reenergize your life.

By taking care of ourselves, we can stop focusing on leaving a lasting memory and start focusing on continuing our lasting relationships.
